Prices are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for any typographical errors or omissions. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. A letter stating the reason for the return must accompany the merchandise. Please call us at 1-800-456-4625 prior to returning an item to obtain an authorization for return.
Shipping & Freight
All orders are invoiced F.O.B. El Paso, Texas. When merchandise is picked up by or delivered to, the transportation company title shall pass to the buyer. If a shipment is damaged and/or lost by the delivering carrier, it is the buyer’s responsibility to file the appropriate claim with the carrier.
Terms of Payment
Terms are 1% - 10 days Net 30 for customers on open account. All customers requesting open accounts must submit a credit application for approval. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and C.O.D. Past due accounts will be charged interest at the rate of 1 ½% monthly or 18% per annum.
